Certain news stories are guaranteed to appear in the Liberal mainstream media. One of those is the fiction that “…deficits have gone down during Obama’s tenure…”.

National Debt under Obama

Never mind that the national debt has increased from $10 trillion when George Bush left office to over $19.2 trillion right now — we are still subjected to this kind of blatant propaganda / Lies (emphasis added):

But Americans just don’t get his economic achievements, he [Obama] insisted to the New York Times Magazine last month.

“If you ask the average person on the streets, ‘Have deficits gone down or up under Obama?’ Probably 70% would say they’ve gone up,” Obama said “with some justifiable exasperation,” according to the magazine, because the deficit has declined during his presidency. <Los Angeles Times, link>

The deficit has declined? Obama wants credit for reducing the deficit?

I don’t see a year of decline in the above chart, do you?

Of course not, and Americans know this even in a general sense:

Polls show that a large majority of Americans believe the opposite to be true, setting up a challenge for the White House truth-squadding campaign.

Ha ha, “setting up a challenge for the White house….” What challenge is that, convincing people that Up is really Down?

Not only have we had huge deficits in each year, the total debt at this point is bigger than the entire U.S. economy.

Debt Clock 2016

For shame.

Hillary is a Liar

Hillary Liar

What we have here is the smirk of a pathological, nefarious, liar.

If you’ve never read Michael Kelly’s brilliant deconstruction of Bill Clinton’s chronic lying in the face of endless scandals that imperiled not only his presidency but the office of the presidency and the rule of law itself, you can do so here [link].

Gail Trotter of the Daily Caller just published a version of the Kelly style in regards to a certain Hillary Rodham Clinton [link], and I must say it’s a tour de force. Here it is, in its entirety (the photos were added by me), and may I suggest bracing yourself for the onslaught of scandals and bad acts committed by this current presidential candidate:

In February 1998, the incomparable Michael Kelly wrote one of his most memorable columns on the scandal-ridden administration of President Bill Clinton. I have written this update to Mr. Kelly’s brilliant essay not because I think myself equal to his talents but because his remarks on the Clinton years, updated for today, are particularly apt.

Gayle TrotterI believe Hillary Clinton. I have always believed her. I believed her when she said that her own investment savvy allowed her to realize a 10,000 percent profit by turning a $1,000 investment in cattle futures into nearly $100,000 within ten short months with help from an Arkansas crony, James Blair, just as her attorney general husband was about to become governor. I believed her when she said that Blair did not arrange to have a broker fraudulently assign trades to benefit her account, even though economists calculated the odds of such a return happening as, at best, 1 in 31 trillion.

I believe Mrs. Clinton and her husband did not pressure David Hale, when Bill Clinton was governor of Arkansas, into providing an illegal $300,000 loan to the Clintons’ business partner in the infamous Whitewater land deal. I believed Mrs. Clinton when she reported as missing hundreds of pages of her law firm billing records and other documents in response to a grand jury subpoena seeking to investigate the Whitewater matter.

I believe there was nothing ethically suspect about the Whitewater real estate development, for which Mr. Clinton’s successor as Arkansas governor, Jim Guy Tucker, was convicted and went to jail for his role in the fraud. I believe that the Clintons had nothing to hide in the matter. I believe that their business partner, Susan McDougal, who served 18 months in prison for contempt of court for refusing to answer questions about Whitewater and later received a pardon by President Clinton on the very last day of his presidency, was motivated by nothing other than the search for truth.

I believe that it is normal for a First Lady, such as Mrs. Clinton, to become involved in summary firings of longtime White House travel office employees and their replacement with an Arkansas-based travel company with close ties to the Clintons. I believed Mrs. Clinton’s view that it was appropriate for friends of the Clintons to become involved in a matter with which they had a business stake. I believed Mrs. Clinton when she said that the report by the Government Accountability Office incorrectly indicated that she played a significant role in the travel office firings, quoting a witness who said she had urged “to get ‘our people’ into the travel office.”

I believe that the White House memo regarding the travel office was misunderstood when it said “there would be hell to pay” unless “swift and decisive action in conformity with the First Lady’s wishes.” I believe it is typical for a First Lady to take charge of White House personnel matters by firing longtime civil servants and replacing them with campaign hacks. I believe that it was difficult for Mrs. Clinton to remember details of these events in her deposition by the independent counsel reviewing the matter.

I believe it is perfectly plausible that, after nearly two years of searches and subpoenas, a White House staffer “unexpectedly discovered” Mrs. Clinton’s long-missing billing records and other documents in the Clintons’ private residence in the White House in January 1996, just days after relevant statutes of limitations had elapsed. I believe that personal animus, rather than the evidence surrounding the cattle futures profit, Whitewater and travelgate, motivated New York Times columnist William Safire, who had earlier endorsed Mr. Clinton’s candidacy, to conclude that Mrs. Clinton is a “congenital liar.”

I believe that Mrs. Clinton bears no responsibility for the gross security lapses in Benghazi, Libya that led to the murders of a U.S. ambassador and three other Americans in a terrorist attack while Mrs. Clinton was our nation’s top diplomat. I believe it was appropriate for Mrs. Clinton’s State Department to blame the incident on a non-existent protest supposedly fomented by an obscure YouTube video and that Mrs. Clinton rightly refused to acknowledge those attacks, on September 11, 2012, as acts of terrorism. I believe that she aptly bellowed, “What difference at this point does it make?” in response to a senator’s question whether “a simple phone call” would have “ascertained immediately that there was no protest.”

Clinton Benghazi What Does It Matter

I believe that Mrs. Clinton’s multimillion-dollar tax-exempt organization, the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation, is a model of legal compliance and ethical standards. I believe it is appropriate for her Foundation to have accepted eye-popping donations from foreign governments despite Mrs. Clinton’s calls for campaign finance reform and despite the fact that current law forbids campaign donations from foreign nationals. I believe that major donations to the Foundation from countries such as Saudi Arabia, Oman and the United Arab Emirates were motivated by altruism and, in the Foundation’s phrase, “the power of creative collaboration.”

I believe it was entirely appropriate for Mrs. Clinton to install a private email server in her home to conduct government business as Secretary of State. I believe that most high federal government officials have their own private email server at home for use in conducting official federal government business. I believe that Mrs. Clinton permanently deleted from her personal server only “emails about planning Chelsea’s wedding or my mother’s funeral arrangements, condolence notes to friends as well as yoga routines, family vacations, the other things you typically find in inboxes.”

I believe that none of the deleted emails could shed light on any of the dozens of questions about her tenure as Secretary of State. I believe that most Americans incorrectly think that Mrs. Clinton purposely deleted or withheld emails relevant to her State Department work.

I believe that The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Newsweek, Time, U.S. News & World Report, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, PBS and NPR are all part of a vast right-wing conspiracy. Especially NPR.

I and all my friends and colleagues are astounded that Ebola patients are being brought from Africa into the United States for treatment. Whoever made the decision to do so should have his or her head examined.

But this morning National Security Adviser Susan Rice assured the nation that there is nothing to worry about:

The second American who contracted Ebola while in Liberia, Nancy Writebol of North Carolina, is expected to arrive in Atlanta today to receive treatment at Emory University Hospital. Rice says there’s a low risk of the deadly virus spreading in America. <WIBC, link>

The risk to Americans is deemed by the Centers for Disease Control to be very low… This is not a disease that can be communicated by sneezing or airborne or food or water.

Wow, I feel so much better now that a high-ranking serial liar within the Obama administration has issued this reassurance, don’t you?

Never mind that Susan Rice also made the following comments about other matters of national security.

On the Obama prisoner swap of the Taliban “dream team” (5 senior military commanders) for Bowe Bergdahl, a known deserter and anti-American man (yes, he wrote to his parents that “The horror that is America is disgusting” <link>) — actual Susan Rice quote on an ABC News appearance:

Rice Bergdhal

Source: an ABC News appearance on 6/1/14 with George Stephanopoulos <link>

Rice’s comment on Bergdahl despite his obvious acts of dishonor while on the field of battle show just how untrustworthy her words are.

And then there is her legendary Benghazi lie:

Susan Rice actual quote (WSJ Blog, link):

The information, the best information and the best assessment we have today is that in fact this was not a preplanned, premeditated attack. That what happened initially was that it was a spontaneous reaction to what had just transpired in Cairo as a consequence of the video.

People of all political stripes condemned this obvious lie, especially when it became clear that she was instructed by the Obama administration to say such lies.

New White House emails made public Tuesday by conservative Judicial Watch further support that the Obama team wanted then-U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice to stress that a video disparaging the Prophet Muhammad was the catalyst for a series of anti-American protests across the Islamic world, including the deadly attacks on the Benghazi mission in September 2012.

In an e-mail with the subject line: “PREP CALL with Susan,” deputy national security adviser for strategic communications Ben Rhodes wrote that one of the goals before Rice went on the Sunday news shows after the killing of four Americans  was to “underscore these protests are rooted in an Internet video, and not a broader failure of policy.” <The Washington Post, link>

And so when she opens her mouth now about anything, whether important or unimportant, rational listeners can only conclude one thing: that she is lying, and cannot be trusted.

It reminds one of the president, does it not?

In the months just prior to the 2012 presidential election, Barack Obama and Hillary “What does it matter” Clinton committed a triple atrocity for which they have yet to be held accountable: (1) they failed to protect Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans in Benghazi, Libya, who were murdered by Islamic Jihadists on September 11th 2012, and then (2) they and their surrogates lied to the American people about the nature of the attack and who knew what and when about it, and then (3) they withheld emails from Congress in order to sustain the coverup indefinitely.

A dead Ambassador dragged though the streets and a willful, deceitful cover-up in order to help Obama defeat Romney. And let’s not forget how the Liberal-controlled media aided and abetted these Obama lies (remember Candy Crowley supporting Obama mid-debate against Romney’s strong and correct attack about Benghazi?).

Obama's Blue Dress Stained with BenghaziBut now the coverup is exposed and Barack Obama is having his Stained Blue Dress moment.

Judicial Watch just broke through the Obama administration secrecy and discovered a smoking-gun email that shines the truth on another of Obama’s Big Lies:

In the email, Obama’s deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes tells Susan Rice — then the U.S. envoy to the United Nations — to blame the attack on local anger in Benghazi over an anti-Muslim video on the Internet.

It has since become clear the Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the mission — which cost the lives of four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens — was planned by armed militants. In the email, obtained by Judicial Watch and dated Sept. 14, 2012, Rhodes laid out talking points and goals for Rice in her planned appearances on several major U.S. talk shows the next day.

She was asked “to underscore that these protests are rooted in an Internet video, not a broader failure of policy.” <source>

So not only did a U.S. Ambassador and three others get killed by Islamic militants on the anniversary of 9/11/01, but Obama and his team knew about it, did nothing to help, and then willfully lied about the tragedy’s true causes for fear that Americans would see the truth about Obama’s weakness around the world. They concocted a completely false story for Susan Rice to feed to the Sunday talk shows in which the successful terrorist attack was portrayed as a “spontaneous” gathering of protestors who had good reason to want to protest (an anti-Islam video had recently aired).

This fake narrative immediately fell under severe scrutiny and didn’t last long — John McCain openly mocked it on the Senate floor, saying that a spontaneous mob doesn’t attack a U.S. mission with RPGs and other weapons. He was right, and everyone knew it before long.

Even Liberals at the time came to admit that the video controversy was not related to the Benghazi attack and that Islamic militants were behind it. But they could not go the final, crucial step and admit that Barack Obama and his team created and executed a coverup to hide their un-American actions.

Their reluctance to go that final step was no doubt bolstered by the administration’s standard contempt-of-Congress failure to disclose all relevant documents, just as they have done in the Fast and Furious Congressional hearings:

Congress launched hearings and thousands of documents were turned over, but the email from Rhodes had not been revealed, despite requests from the House of Representatives.

That’s right, the smoking gun email was deliberately withheld by the Obama administration. I wonder what we will come to learn about Obama’s gun-running to Mexican drug cartels when those emails finally see the light of day.

And so now there can be no doubt and no defense: Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice, and many others, are guilty of taking Al Qaeda lightly and of covering up their dereliction after the fact. Barack Hussein Obama and his Benghazi-blue dress bear a striking resemblance to Bill Clinton as he was caught in his own Big Lie at the time: “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky”.

The analogy is powerful because in both cases the crimes of the perpetrators were being covered up under the cover of accusations of Republican bad faith, and in both cases it turns out that Republicans were doing their sworn duty in exposing the actual facts of presidential derelictions of duty, and possibly crimes.

Hillary Clinton claimed that her husband did not have sex with Lewinsky and that therefore he was a victim of a “vast right wing conspiracy” against him.

Likewise, Obama spokesman Jay Carney has made considerable use of the false notion that Republican lawmakers are pursuing the Benghazi coverup based on fantasies instead of apparent facts. But Carney doesn’t know when to quit (in more ways than one): even now, after the email, he is sticking to this anti-Republican narrative.

Carney likened the new outcry to more Republican “conspiracy theories” about the Benghazi attack. <source>

Note to Jay Carney: The jig is up on this one and now you just look like a criminal defending the leader of your criminal gang. Resign your post, man, before your soul is lost forever to the Dark Side. How long can you keep lying like this?

Representative Darrell Issa sums up the Benghazi Email about as well as can be done:

It is disturbing and perhaps criminal that these documents, that documents like these were hidden by the Obama administration. The American people have learned that you cannot believe what the White House says, you cannot believe what the spokespeople say, and you cannot believe what the president says.

The facts are coming out that in fact, this administration has knowingly withheld documents pursuant to congressional subpoenas in violation of any reasonable transparency or historical precedent, at least since Richard Milhous Nixon.

Yes, Richard M. Nixon, who resigned the presidency in disgrace, though no one died in the Watergate scandal.

Barack Obama continues to slow down the implementation of his own law in a series of blatant attempts to lull the American population to sleep so that he can cut our throats when our eyes are closed.

Recall that the most horrible provisions of the 2009 Obamacare law were scheduled many years into the future so that the Manchurian could win reelection to the presidency in 2012: The individual tax (aka “mandate”), the penalties on corporations who don’t comply, the draconian Cadillac Tax that will destroy the nation’s best health insurance plans, and more. The strategy worked, as he did win reelection despite the horrors that were right around the corner for the average American…another victory for the con artist.

But even these scheduled delays were not enough to avoid the assured Hindenburg-like crash of Obamacare in 2013, as tens of millions of people were canceled from their policies and forced, unwillingly, onto exchanges that offer a Soviet-style absence of choice and hall of smoke and mirrors.

And so mr. Obama has been very busy indeed delaying the law’s further implementation, knowing that a drowsy electorate and compliant news media will be easy prey.

Last week’s latest chicanery involved a reversal on Obamacare’s planned theft of Medicare Advantage — you remember that one, right? Where Obamacare sought to pay for its socialist redistribution in part by taking from the elderly just when they need benefits most.

The Obama administration reversed cuts to Medicare Advantage on Monday, after pleas from the insurance industry lobby and congressional Democrats who want seniors to vote for them, The Hill reports. Advantage is the private insurance option offered by Medicare, and many plans entice seniors with free gym memberships, hearing aids, and other perks. <source>

The Manchurian’s own party begged him to do it — the same craven bastards who voted for Obamacare in the first place and who now face the wrath of voters this November.

The question for Liberals is very simple at this point:

If Obamacare is such a great law, why is it being delayed and delayed and delayed at every turn?

If Obamacare were truly going to provide lower-cost health insurance for the avereage American without destroying health insurance plans many Americans liked and didn’t want to lose, then why aren’t Obama and Democrats allowing the law to be implemented on time?

From Bloomberg News:

The $1.3 trillion U.S. health-care system overhaul is getting more expensive and will initially accomplish less than intended. <source>

Bang – right between the eyes of poor old Uncle Sam: more expensive, and will accomplish less than intended.

Sound like a Liberal program?

You bet.

Costs for a network of health-insurance exchanges, a core part of the Affordable Care Act, have swelled to $4.4 billion for fiscal 2012 and 2013 combined, and will reach $5.7 billion in 2014, according to the budget President Barack Obama yesterday sent to Congress. That spending would be more than double initial projections, even though less than half the 50 U.S. states are participating.

I have no curiosity about the fraud called Obamacare, or the inevitable disastrous consequences of Obamacare (the malignancy of these things was known from the very beginning), but I do have this curiosity:

If you are a Liberal and were crazy enough to vote for Barack Alinsky Obama, did you know that he was lying about its likely costs but supported it anyway?

Or were you duped by his rhetoric and your own Liberal fantasies about such utopian government programs?
