Over Thanksgiving Barack Obama once again broke his oath of office (to uphold and defend the Constitution) by unilaterally changing aspects of the Affordable Care Act.
If a novel had been written about a president who decided he didn’t like the legislative branch of our democratic republic — a body composed of 535 elected members of Congress — and subsumed its role into his executive branch, even Liberals would have objected to such a narrative.
But in real life, demagogues have power to warp minds, and even now some Liberals continue to defend the man and his regime.
The latest installment of his lawlessness just happens to include a hallmark of tax-payer destruction:
Sec. 1342 of the law promises taxpayer-funded bailouts to insurers who lose money selling plans on ObamaCare exchanges. But the bailouts can’t happen unless Congress appropriates the money, something the GOP-controlled Congress won’t want to do. Yet the new Federal Register notices explicitly double down on the administration’s pledge to make insurers whole if losses are bigger than expected. <New York Post, link>
What you see here is a fascist regime forcing the funding of an already-Socialist bailout of big-business (insurance companies). That is, Obamacare is already rigged in favor of corporate interests via federal subsidies of insurance companies who lose money on the exchanges (as will happen for sure, and in far larger amounts than originally lied about), but Obama’s Thanksgiving unconstitutional act includes even stronger language in support of these bailouts (strong-arming Congress).
Why would Obama do this? Because Socialists need to actively bail-out their bankrupt policies and systems; their schemes always run out of money, and they need to steal more to keep them going.
Obama always knew that Obamacare is a Hindenberg of financial losses that needs to be paid for by the American worker via taxes. So not only does the average working citizen get screwed out of the health care he liked, he also gets screwed by ever-increasing federal debt and bailouts of corrupt insurance companies.
What a great thing, this Obamacare.
I keep hearing about Boehner’s lawsuit against the president, but now I want to see action that includes putting a stop to this destruction of the American Constitution.
