Earlier this year, before Obamacare burst into flames on arrival, Barack Obama was telling the New York Times that “Republican” doomsday scenarios around Obamacare were “unfounded”:

GALESBURG, Ill. — President Obama waved aside persistent Republican criticism of his signature health care law last week, saying in a New York Times interview that the overhaul would become vastly more popular once “all the nightmare scenarios” from his adversaries proved wrong. <source>
Yes, he ‘waved aside’ the criticism, but of course in hindsight even Liberals have to admit that the criticism was well founded (and then some!!).
And you know who’s waving now, mr. Obama, as in Bye Bye Obamacare?
Tens of millions of healthy people who will not even dream of touching the exchanges — because they are rational human beings who know a bad deal when they see it.
This will produce the famous Insurance Death Spiral, as only the sickest, poorest people sign up, resulting in the insolvency of private insurance companies, calls for bailouts the nation cannot afford, and then the ultimate fascism, the single-payer health insurance system — full federal government takeover.
Avoiding this ultimate catastrophe is the sworn duty of every elected representative in Washington, including members of all political stripes.
This is not a joke, or a partisan issue anymore.
Our health and lives depend on the repeal of Obamacare, and it needs to start happening now.
The Senate lead by Reid is changing filibuster rules in order to open up shut the GOP down. This is by far one of the most power hungry administrations I have seen in my 50 years on this earth. I think however this power grab may cost the Dem’s the senate. That is my hope because then we can get to work fixing this nation and and trying to get a conservative president willing to do the work of the people for the people. There lots of changes that need to take place and one is Obamacare’ s repeal.
