If you have ever swung a golf club you know how hard the game is, and you also know the limits of the distance you can hit the ball. Yesterday at Augusta, Phil Mickelson was on fire and I saw this tidbit about his round:
On the 15th, the 41-year-old had 235 yards to the green, hit a 5-iron and it went long. “There was just no way I should be able to hit a 5-iron that far,” he said. “I get excited. I get pumped up.” <source>
Like I said, if you play the game, your jaw has to be dropping on how these guys hit it.
